A Cold Cold Wind

This was a few weeks ago now but I went for my next kite surfing lesson. Finally some decent wind! It was freezing but we got in for some body dragging. I am somewhere in the water hanging under the grey Switchblade II in the first photo and shivering in the second

Kite Surfing Lessons

I have been trying to take lessons in kite surfing for almost a month now but every week something comes up and I have to wait until the next weekend

Last week I finally had a lesson but it was canceled an hour in because the wind wasn’t strong enough. Here is a picture of me trying to fly a little C kite. It kept falling out of the sky because of the low wind.

Funily enough the week before was even worse because there was too much wind! Check out this wind graph our lesson was at 12:oopm. Yes that is a 5 to 45knot gust
